And they said It Won't Last
Hey, I am Anubhav Anand and was a J.E.E aspirant, eventually landed in Cochin university, Kerala. This is my college love story, Hope you like it.
Mark this - “I do not regret my decision of not taking a year off for preparations of J.E.E again”.
The Break Up
It was the beginning of a new life for me i.e. College Life!! Excited, filled with adrenaline rush, new and fresh thoughts flooding my mind. So everything was going as planned, i got admission in a good government college and got the preferred branch too (Information Technology). Hollywood movies nowadays made every student’s expectations higher by showing staircase classrooms, vast and beautiful campus and what not. I too had such expectations but only few became surreal. Everything was falling in line except my love life, my 3 years old relationship stood no-where, my girlfriend left me for no reason at all and demanded some space and time !!(took me time to understand what this actually meant). So i was in no position to have my say in this and my helplessness made me settle my relationship with a so called mutual break-up which of-course wasn’t my decision. This was bad, atleast not when i needed some support from my loved one, not when i already suffered a blow by not clearing JEE. It all came over me in a very short interval of time and i was drowning in this after break-up depression thing. Few months passed in college and i had made some friends, mainly girls (the only thing which i was proud of). One of them is Apoorva, the Gurugram girl who helped me get over my break-up, and also tried her best to help me get my ex back. She was always cheerful always delighted to be with me, she even called me "Love of her Life" and she meant it. I could always tell by her actions whatever she wanted to do or was willing to do.
